Penn Connects 2.0, Phase 2 of the campus development master plan which covers the years 2011-15, was unveiled at the recent University Trustee meetings. It builds upon the accomplishments of Phase 1 (2006-10) and includes the acquisition of the 23-acre former industrial parcel located south of campus along the Schuylkill River, now known as South Bank.
