Facilities and Real Estate Services staff provide hundreds of services ranging from event setup and cleanup to painting and locksmith services. Review the options below and if you still have questions about how to initiate your request or project, Talk to your Area Manager.
FacilityFocus (Service Request)Most services are requested through FacilityFocus, a computerized maintenance and management system that allows you to submit a customer service request and track your work order. If you are unfamiliar with FacilityFocus, we have provided a pdf outlining how to use FacilityFocus. Lock and Key ServicesOur Lockshop repairs and replaces panic bars, locks on doors, desks, and cabinets. For these services, please place your request through FacilityFocus. If you need a key duplicated, you can place the request through FacilityFocus, or for faster service visit the Lockshop during their open hours. Large Projects (Capital Projects)Larger, capital projects are not initiated with FacilityFocus. Please see the Capital Projects section of our site for more information.
