The Real Estate Department supports the University mission through retail, office, off-campus housing, development, and brokerage services on and around campus. Real Estate provides these services to enhance the quality of life for the Penn community at large.

The Real Estate Department has three primary functions: Office, Retail, and Residential Leasing; Real Estate Development; and Brokerage. Click on the links below for details and contact information.

Leasing

Michael Salove Company is our service provider for retail space.

Development

In order to provide additional assets on and around campus, without exhausting our own resources, we have attracted third-party, private capital for development projects ranging from mixed use to housing to research.

Brokerage

The Brokerage department acquires buildings and properties for the Penn’s internal and external needs.
