3925 Walnut Street . The Radian . Penn Connects

The University has partnered with a Dallas based firm, FirstWorthing, to develop a mixed use student housing project at 3900 Walnut. The project will entail ground floor retail, a mezzanine of mixed use/retail, and 11 floors of market rate apartments for students. The apartment program consists of approximately 475 beds configured in units conducive to student living.

Completion is scheduled for August 2008.
