2008-05-10 MOVE OUT - 05/10/08
“Move-Out 2008” street closures will occur on Saturday, May 10th on Spruce Street between 34th and 40th Streets, from 8:00am until 5:00pm. Special access will be provided to motorists with patients and employees of the Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital at 40th and Spruce.

2008-04-28 University Avenue : Water Main Repair
Construction work will begin for the repair of water main components at University Avenue, between Baltimore Ave and the 34th Street Drawbridge. The project will be completed in two phases and is expected to start Monday, April 28th and to continue for approximately 2 -1/2 months... 2007-01-06 South Street Bridge Weight Restriction
South Street Bridge is posted with a weight restriction of 6 tons, effective Monday, January 22, 2007. Emergency vehicles are exempt from this posting. Philadelphia Police Highway Patrol -Truck Enforcement Unit is in charge of enforcement. See "What's New > Travel Advisory > South Street Bridge" for additional details.
2006-11-30 No Smoking Ordinance Bill # 050063-A
Pursuant to City of Philadelphia Ordinance Bill # 050063-A. No Smoking is allowed inside any University of Pennsylvania Facility. AND - No Smoking is allowed within twenty (20') feet of any entrance to any University of Pennsylvania Facility. A CVN (code violation notice) violation 10-602d is $100. A fine can total $300.00.
2006-10-25 Trespass / Solicitation Policy
Trespassing or Soliciting is Prohibited. Only students, faculty, staff or alumni of the University of Pennsylvania, or other persons having specific business herein, may enter a University building. Violators are subject to arrest for criminal trespass.
