Custodian Larry Wisdom strives for excellence

Larry Wisdom started working as a custodian at Penn in 2014, two years after receiving his undergraduate degree in Clinical and Social Psychology from West Virginia University. A native of West Philadelphia and graduate of Roman Catholic High School, Larry completed a clinical internship at Hahneman University while working at Penn, and in May of 2019 he received his M.A. in Clinical Social Work and Psychology from Penn's School of Social Policy and Practice, graduating with a 3.7 GPA. Larry was recognized for his academic achievements and his volunteer work in West Philadelphia at a FRES all hands housekeeping meeting in August, and plans to pursue his doctoral degree in the coming years.
