Program

Penn Medicine's $1.6B, 17-story, 1.5-million-square foot Pavilion is a new clinical facility with 504 patient rooms, 50 operating and procedure rooms, a relocated and expanded Emergency Department, and other expanded health care delivery programs. The integrated PennFIRST design and construction management team included Foster + Partners, HDR, L.F. Driscoll and Balfour Beatty. In recognition of its sustainable features, it became the largest certified project to achieve LEED Healthcare v4 Gold Certification.
