FRES Annual Report FY25
We are pleased to present the Penn Facilities & Real Estate Services FY25 Annual Report. It captures the activities of a year that was one of the most active in our division’s history, marked by significant progress across capital projects, sustainability, innovation, and campus operations. It details how the division managed more than 18M square feet across nearly 225 buildings and 300 acres in West Philadelphia, as well as provided select services to off-campus facilities—all in support of Penn’s research, education, and community engagement.
