A Penn ground lease facility. A collaboration of Penn Praxis from the School of Design, The University of Pennsylvania and Teres Holdings, which constructed and manages the building. There are 101 market based, residential apartments and 35,000 square feet of retail space on three levels.

Planning Strategy: 
Part of the ongoing development of 40th Street as a hub of activity. In addition, this project symbolizes an attempt to attract undergraduate and graduate students to live closer to campus in high quality, professionally managed, safe and secure properties.
