Pennovation Works and Pennovation Center

The Pennovation Works (formerly called South Bank) anticipates aligning University-related research functions with private commercial enterprises seeking to operate in close proximity to the University and its neighboring institutions.

2006 - The HUB, with Teres Holding

In order to provide additional assets on and around campus, without exhausting our own resources, we have attracted third-party, private capital for development projects ranging from mixed use to housing to research.
